League cheats

Semi proof that if you have a bunch of wins in League of Legends.  It will nerf your level or your champ or something.

Why is morde a higher lvl than panth??  One more death is really the only difference and the kills should make up for that and then some.  Just another reason to make me almost positive that when you get a string of wins you get nerfed.
